Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Thorn & Thistle Outfitters. We work hard to prepare, pack, and ship every order with care.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Thorn & Thistle Outfitters is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control. If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, duties, taxes, and other charges may vary by destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
